Perth Glory tonight held a fan forum for a select group of members.
There were reportedly around 50 to 60 supporters in attendance at the event, along with coaching staff and club executives.
Declan Kelly, a member of the club’s Advisory Board, stated his desire to extend the forums around the Perth metropolitan area.
Head Coach Kenny Lowe seemed to affirm that the club’s future focus should be on youth, saying that Glory “need to be focusing on not just the best WA players but the best Australian players for future success.”
Assistant Coach Andy Ord, brought in to work alongside Kenny Lowe when he ascended to the top job, admitted that the club “had not done a great job” and “could do better.” Though he also expressed his view that the recent signings will prove to be some of the best the club has ever seen.
